Board memeber of the Lao deaf and hard of hearing learn how to write a project proposal
Six members of Lao deaf and hard of hearing unit have been trained about project proposal writing with trainer from Rural Research and Development Training Center (RRDTC) from 19 - 23 October 2010. the training course design to strengthen the deaf capacity on fund raising to develop their unit.
